Flutter Developer

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to join our growing team and contribute to high-quality mobile applications using modern technologies and AI-driven development workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team including Project Managers, System Analysts, UX/UI Designers, and QA specialists.
• Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Participate in regular team meetings to exchange knowledge, discuss project use cases, and share technical insights.
• Engage in code reviews to ensure high standards and continuous professional growth.
• Work on international projects across various sectors such as healthcare, telecommunication, and commerce.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with Flutter and Dart, including null safety, streams, and pattern matching.
• Proficiency in Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and BLoC/Cubit state management.
• Experience with dependency injection, code generation tools, and REST API integration.
• Ability to manage app releases for Google Play and the App Store, including build flavors.
• Experience using AI coding tools effectively in a daily development workflow.
• Fluency in English (B2 level) and native proficiency in Polish.
