Flutter Developer

AgileEngine is an Inc. 5000 company that creates award-winning software for Fortune 500 brands and trailblazing startups. We are currently looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to take full technical ownership of a new iOS product from the ground up in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of a new product for iOS and drive greenfield implementation.
• Develop the product using Flutter while building an understanding of the surrounding iOS and low-level technology context.
• Resolve complex technical problems through investigation, collaboration, and the supervised use of AI tools.
• Use AI-assisted development tools in daily workflows while retaining full responsibility for the correctness and quality of the delivered code.
• Contribute to adjacent engineering tasks, including build and delivery workflows, as required by the project.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Flutter engineering.
• Proven ability to lead greenfield product development and take technical ownership as a primary engineer.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to break complex problems into clear, manageable steps.
• Experience supervising AI-assisted development, reviewing generated code, and verifying implementation quality.
• Willingness to learn and contribute outside the primary stack, including C++ packages or CI/CD processes.
• Upper-intermediate proficiency in English.
