emagine Polska is seeking an experienced Senior System Analyst to join a long-term project focused on designing and developing modern, scalable solutions based on microservices architecture. In this role, you will act as a key link between business, architecture, and development teams, translating complex business needs into robust technical requirements while leveraging AI and Generative AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed system requirements and technical solutions.
• Design solutions based on microservices architecture, including REST APIs and event-driven communication.
• Model business and system processes using UML and BPMN.
• Create domain and data models while analyzing database structures.
• Support development teams throughout the implementation process and contribute to AI-driven automation.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience as a System Analyst in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and integration patterns.
• Practical experience with Apache Kafka, SQL, and Git/GitFlow.
• Proficiency in UML and BPMN for process modeling.
• English language skills at a B2 level or higher.
