First Line Analyst with English

Requirements

• Fluent command of English at a B2/C1 level.
• Previous experience in IT customer service or first-line technical support.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve core issues.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
