FinOps Consultant

Reply Polska is seeking a dedicated FinOps Consultant to join our team and support cloud financial management initiatives within the automotive sector. You will play a key role in optimizing cloud environments, ensuring cost transparency, and driving sustainable financial practices across AWS and GCP platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Apply FinOps principles across the Inform, Optimize, and Operate lifecycle to improve cloud cost management.
• Utilize native AWS and GCP cost management tools to analyze usage data and identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain cost reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for technical and business stakeholders.
• Implement effective tagging strategies and cost allocation mechanisms to enhance financial visibility.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and engineering teams to translate complex cost data into clear, data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in FinOps, cloud financial management, or cloud cost optimization within enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong practical knowledge of AWS Savings Plans, Reserved Instances, and GCP committed use discounts.
• Hands-on experience with cloud cost analysis, rightsizing, and resource utilization improvements.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret cloud spending trends and develop optimization strategies.
• Fluent English and Polish language skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics to senior stakeholders.
