Finnish​-speaking Customer Service Consultant

TP Polska is currently expanding its team and seeking an enthusiastic Finnish-speaking Customer Service Consultant to support users of a leading home appliance and RTV equipment manufacturer. This fully remote role focuses on delivering high-quality technical assistance and product information to customers, ensuring a positive experience through professional communication and problem-solving.

Key responsibilities

• Providing technical information and support to equipment users in accordance with project guidelines.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to home appliances and RTV equipment.
• Providing detailed information on products and their specific functionalities.
• Entering and managing customer requests within the internal system.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish at a C1 level.
• Excellent command of English at a B2 level.
• Basic knowledge of operating household appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, or televisions.
• Ability to type quickly and accurately on a computer keyboard.
• Availability of approximately 120 hours per month during project operating hours.
