SOFTSWISS is expanding its team and is currently seeking a dedicated Financial Specialist to join our remote operations. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy, transparency, and consistency of financial operations by maintaining reliable bookkeeping records and supporting efficient document workflows within our internal management systems.
Key responsibilities
- Manage accounting and bookkeeping tasks within our internally developed management system.
- Oversee the workflow of primary documents, including agreements, invoices, and bank statements.
- Collaborate closely with the ERP development team to define requirements and coordinate system improvements.
- Maintain ongoing communication with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors to ensure compliance across various jurisdictions.
- Manage cash flow and provide ad-hoc financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in an accounting role.
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex financial reports.
- Fluency in both English and Russian, alongside advanced Excel skills.
- Proven proficiency in working with 1C accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
