Financial Controller

RTB House is a global leader in performance marketing, utilizing proprietary Deep Learning AI to help brands achieve their goals across the entire purchase funnel. We are currently seeking a Financial Controller to lead financial operations for our foreign subsidiaries and drive group-wide processes within our international organization.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise financial operations for selected foreign subsidiaries while maintaining daily contact with local finance staff and external accounting offices.
• Oversee financial processes, including the provision of financial data, operating reporting, and the management of accounts receivable and credit risk.
• Control and forecast cash flow while managing payment processes effectively.
• Prepare comprehensive financial analyses, reports, and forecasts to support the Board of Directors and business managers.
• Lead, mentor, and direct a small team while assisting in the development of procedures to support financial and accounting processes.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in finance, controlling, or auditing.
• Strong proficiency in accounting, corporate finance, and financial reporting principles, including familiarity with IFRS.
• Advanced skills in spreadsheet software and excellent analytical, planning, and organizational capabilities.
• Professional proficiency in English and a meticulous, logical approach to problem-solving.
• Preferred working knowledge of tax law and a proactive attitude toward process improvement.
