Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to lead our global financial operations, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and strategic growth of our finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with international accounting standards.
• Implement robust financial controls, risk management processes, and tax compliance strategies across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage treasury operations, cash flow, and working capital to support organizational stability.
• Develop comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts while providing strategic insights to leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Group Financial Controller or in a similar senior role within a complex, multinational organization.
• Strong expertise in IFRS/GAAP, tax regulations, and building scalable financial systems.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CPA.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in ERP and BI financial software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
