Financial Controller

A Family Office is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to take ownership of building and developing financial processes, ensuring the accuracy of accounting operations, and maintaining financial controls across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage accounting operations for several companies across different jurisdictions.
• Build financial controlling processes from scratch and continuously refine them as the business grows.
• Design, implement, and improve internal financial control procedures.
• Manage monthly financial reporting and support external audits.
• Effectively manage external consultants and legal advisors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial control, or treasury, including IFRS knowledge.
• Proven, hands-on experience building financial controlling processes from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles with deep technical knowledge.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, and often ambiguous environment.
• Proficiency in English and Russian at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
