Financial Analyst US

RTB House is looking for a dedicated Financial Analyst to join our team and support financial operations across the US and LATAM regions. In this role, you will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, ensure financial accuracy, and provide actionable insights that influence key business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client payment clearing, accounts receivable, reimbursements, and bank reconciliations.
• Support the accounts payable process, ensuring timely execution of payments and resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Account Management, and Profit Center Leads.
• Prepare ad-hoc business performance reviews and translate raw data into concrete financial recommendations.
• Support financial system integrations and drive process optimization initiatives from concept to rollout.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in English (C1/C2) is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles with a focus on operations and analysis.
• Mastery of Excel or Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data structuring.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process ownership.
• Availability to work according to the Americas time zone.
