Financial Analyst

Experis Manpower Group is seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role focuses on analyzing IT service costs and providing strategic financial insights to support our Shared Services organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze operational and capital expenditure data to determine the cost of delivering IT services.
• Design, build, and maintain Excel-based chargeback models to allocate IT service costs accurately.
• Perform financial benchmarking by comparing internal cost structures against industry standards.
• Develop advanced financial models, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, FP&A Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong understanding of IT financial management, including Opex, Capex, and chargeback methodologies.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
