Financial Accountant

Addepto is a leading AI consulting and data engineering company recognized by Forbes as one of the top 10 AI firms worldwide. We are currently seeking a Financial Accountant to coordinate accounting activities in Poland and ensure accurate financial data for KMS Technology’s management reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate accounting activities between the external accounting provider in Poland and internal stakeholders.
• Validate and align local accounting data with group reporting requirements.
• Review and post selected transactions and adjustments in NetSuite.
• Support the month-end closing process and prepare financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and ensure compliance with US GAAP.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, with preference for US GAAP experience.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with NetSuite experience being highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical skills and professional English proficiency (C1 level).
