Finance Systems Lead

Jobgether is seeking a Finance Systems Lead to own and evolve the technology infrastructure powering financial operations for a rapidly scaling, international AI business. In this role, you will oversee a complex finance systems ecosystem, ensuring robust controls, efficient workflows, and seamless integrations while driving an AI-first approach to automation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage NetSuite end-to-end, including multi-subsidiary configuration, scripting, workflows, and release management.
• Own integrations between platforms like Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob, and NetSuite, ensuring reliable data flows.
• Lead the selection and implementation of new finance systems, including usage-based billing and equity administration tools.
• Partner with Automation and Data teams to develop AI-powered workflows that replace repetitive manual tasks.
• Ensure financial systems meet public-company requirements and support international expansion.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience administering a multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld environment.
• Strong technical skills in SuiteScript, SuiteQL, saved searches, and role management.
• Proven experience owning ERP or billing system implementations from planning through deployment.
• Solid understanding of R2R, P2P, and O2C processes and associated financial controls.
• Strong SQL skills and experience building integrations via iPaaS or custom code.
• An AI-first mindset with a preference for automating workflows using modern tools.
