Finance System Analyst II

Project Management Institute, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Finance System Analyst II to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for automating and ensuring the effectiveness of financial planning and reporting processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems.

Key responsibilities

• Automate and assure effective planning and reporting of financial information.
• Analyze and solve business problems in partnership with team members across Finance and the business.
• Monitor finance data performance to identify areas for improvement and additional review.
• Develop and maintain data visualizations to support financial decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience focusing on finance systems, particularly those supporting planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Expert understanding of finance systems, with preference for MS Dynamics Finance and Operations.
• Strong proficiency in data management, databases, and visualization tools such as Tableau or BI360.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
