Finance Master Data & Migration Specialist

Link Group is seeking a dedicated Finance Master Data & Migration Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data throughout complex SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Define, document, and execute data migration requirements, mapping rules, and validation criteria for SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Establish and maintain data quality standards, governance frameworks, and data profiling processes across R2R, I2C, and A2R financial domains.
• Oversee data cleansing, enrichment, legacy data extraction, and post-migration reconciliation in collaboration with business and finance teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional discovery workshops to align finance stakeholders with technical teams and manage expectations throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Track workstream milestones, manage migration-related risks and dependencies, and support business readiness activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing financial master data and executing large-scale data migrations.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data structures and migration methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to define data quality standards and governance frameworks.
• Proficiency in facilitating workshops and coordinating between technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage project risks, dependencies, and complex data reconciliation processes effectively.
