Finance Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team and play a key role in our financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate financial reports, including budgeting, tax documentation, month-end and year-end close processes, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review comprehensive monthly financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements, ensuring data integrity.
• Analyze financial metrics, including profitability, revenue growth, and cash flow, to provide actionable business insights.
• Manage payroll, contractor payments, and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Support the development of accounting policies, internal controls, and scalable financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Strong familiarity with financial reporting standards such as GAAP or IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Self-starter mindset with a proven track record of working independently and managing tasks under tight deadlines.
