Finance Manager – Middle

SOFTSWISS is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Middle Finance Manager to join our finance ecosystem. In this role, you will support a strategically important area of our business by managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining P&L statements, and ensuring accurate cost allocation while collaborating closely with our Treasury and FP&A teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare regular financial reports including P&L, cash flow, and key performance indicators.
• Apply cost allocation methodologies across various traffic channels, campaigns, and projects.
• Conduct budget versus actual variance analysis and flag discrepancies for review.
• Process and monitor traffic acquisition payments across multiple platforms and currencies.
• Coordinate with Treasury on funding requests and monitor operational risks.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in finance, management accounting, or financial controlling.
• Solid understanding of cost structures and unit economics such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on recurring tasks.
• Upper-Intermediate proficiency in both English and Russian.
