Finance Leader, AIS Sourcing

GE HealthCare is seeking a Finance Leader for AIS Sourcing to provide strategic financial planning, analysis, and controllership support. This role involves partnering with global sourcing, supply chain, and operations teams to align sourcing strategies with enterprise objectives and drive cost transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budget and standard cost planning processes to ensure alignment with deflation, productivity, and EBIT objectives.
• Design and maintain a comprehensive performance management framework, including KPIs, variance bridges, and supplier productivity scorecards.
• Develop robust forecasting models for quarterly estimates and long-range plans, connecting commodity impacts to actionable decision support.
• Prepare and present executive-level financial insights regarding sourcing risks, opportunities, and performance to senior leadership.
• Drive controllership excellence by auditing ERP setups, reducing manual journal entries, and ensuring financial compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 10+ years of progressive financial experience.
• Proven expertise in supporting sourcing, procurement, or supply chain finance within a global organization.
• Strong proficiency in financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, or EPM planning platforms.
• Advanced financial modeling, variance analysis, and standard costing skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and translate complex data into practical actions.
