Finance Expert

Micro1 is seeking a skilled Finance Expert to contribute to the development of next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will leverage your professional domain knowledge to train AI models, ensuring they learn to reason and perform tasks with high accuracy based on real-world financial data.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate financial data, invoices, and ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform variance analysis and reconcile accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Evaluate exported data from ERP systems and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Support financial reporting processes, including AP/AR workflows and month-end activities.
• Contribute to the calibration and improvement of AI training datasets using your expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for financial data analysis.
• Strong background in accounting operations, financial reporting, or reconciliation.
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial findings clearly.
• Strong analytical judgment and high attention to detail when validating financial documentation.
