Finance & Controlling Specialist

Cloudatus is a dynamic organization specializing in modernizing IT infrastructure for international clients. We are currently seeking a Finance & Controlling Specialist to join our team and take ownership of operational finance, project controlling, and financial planning processes in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end invoicing process, including verification, issuance, and distribution of documents.
• Manage project controlling tasks such as timesheet validation, billing preparation, and monitoring project profitability.
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable, manage cash flow, and coordinate banking activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact between management, project teams, and external accounting or tax advisors.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of detailed management reports and financial analyses.

Requirements

• Proven experience in financial controlling, project controlling, or operational finance coordination.
• Strong understanding of invoicing, cash flow management, and financial reporting standards.
• A structured, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to managing financial workflows.
• Proficiency in financial systems, spreadsheets, and digital collaboration tools.
• Fluent English skills (B2–C1 level) to effectively communicate in an international business environment.
