Feasibility Specialist with Polish - FSP

We are currently seeking a Feasibility Specialist with Polish language proficiency to join our team and contribute to the delivery of patient-focused clinical trials.

Key responsibilities

• Perform tasks for multiple site intelligence and feasibility projects while managing a high volume of complex studies.
• Contribute to the execution of site feasibility plans and present data-driven insights to internal colleagues.
• Support the Feasibility Strategy & Analytics Lead to ensure project goals, scope, and quality requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain internal processes to optimize country and site selection activities for maximum efficiency.
• Collaborate across functional teams to deliver data, analytics, and regional site intelligence initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Polish, with effective verbal and written communication skills.
• 2-3 years of experience in clinical research or clinical operations within the pharmaceutical industry or a CRO.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask under tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
