Feasibility Manager

Precision for Medicine is seeking a dedicated Feasibility Manager or Senior Feasibility Associate to join our European team. This role is fully remote and focuses on delivering evidence-based feasibility assessments to support complex clinical development programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to feasibility assessments for client proposals, reviewing clinical protocols and operational plans.
• Synthesize competitive landscape, epidemiological data, and patient-pool analyses to provide actionable site and country recommendations.
• Develop transparent rationales for study assumptions and identify potential feasibility risks.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients during bid-defense meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations and medical experts, to ensure scientifically credible and operationally realistic plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related discipline.
• At least two years of experience in clinical trial feasibility, clinical operations, or site intelligence.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex clinical and epidemiological data.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
