Expert DevOps Engineer

Acxiom Global Service Center Polska is seeking an Expert DevOps Engineer to lead the design and automation of scalable, secure, client-facing cloud and data platform environments. You will architect systems that integrate distributed data platforms, infrastructure automation, and identity controls into reliable environments, blending hands-on delivery with platform-level thinking to improve standards and tooling for the broader team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain reusable Terraform modules and patterns across AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated provisioning, validation, and deprovisioning of infrastructure.
• Champion policy-as-code practices to reduce manual verification and catch configuration issues early.
• Contribute to environment drift-detection practices to proactively surface configuration inconsistencies.
• Mentor engineers on Terraform, CI/CD, and cross-platform troubleshooting to build team knowledge.

Requirements

• 8+ years of cloud or software engineering experience with a strong track record of problem-solving.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• 3+ years of Python or equivalent scripting experience for automation and tooling.
• Solid experience with production support, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
• Working knowledge of cloud identity and access management across AWS or Azure.
