Expert Application Security Specialist

DCG is a recruitment company dedicated to connecting experienced professionals with dynamic business environments. We are currently seeking an Expert Application Security Specialist to join our team and support our partners in managing complex security and identity access initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze application security and user access management to identify inactive or excessive permissions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, application managers, and system providers to define security actions.
• Facilitate the onboarding of applications and access groups into the SailPoint IIQ platform.
• Coordinate the cleanup of access groups, user accounts, and service accounts to ensure system integrity.
• Identify project risks and propose effective mitigation strategies while managing stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Identity Application Security Specialist or User Administrator, specifically with SailPoint IIQ.
• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles and application security analysis.
• Experience in supporting onboarding and cleanup activities within large-scale IAM initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge and align objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field, combined with a very good command of English.
