Expert Application Security Specialist

Experis Manpower Group is seeking an Expert Application Security Specialist to join a dynamic project focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM). You will play a critical role in onboarding and clean-up activities within SailPoint IQ, collaborating with both business and IT stakeholders to ensure secure and efficient access management.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze access-related data to identify and remediate inactive, excessive, or unnecessary user permissions.
• Facilitate dialogue with business stakeholders, application managers, and system providers to gather necessary information.
• Collaborate with IAM subject matter experts to formulate recommendations for access actions and risk mitigations.
• Drive the onboarding process to SailPoint IQ and support comprehensive clean-up activities for service and user accounts.
• Identify project risks, resolve conflicting requirements, and assist in scope change management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Identity Application Security Specialist or Application Manager working with SailPoint IQ.
• Substantial expertise in managing Access Groups, User Accounts, and Service Accounts.
• Strong understanding of IT processes, business applications, and Identity & Access Management principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, self-driven mindset.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex stakeholder environments and align technical activities with project objectives.
