Excel Expert

Micro1 is seeking an Excel Expert to contribute to the development of next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will leverage your deep domain knowledge to help models learn, reason, and perform by providing high-quality, real-world input based on your expertise in business operations and data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and enhance complex Excel files relevant to business operations, strategy, and data analysis.
• Provide detailed feedback and examples of best practices in Excel for operational and consulting use cases.
• Design, document, and share templates or solutions that reflect expert knowledge for AI learning purposes.
• Evaluate and simulate real-world business problems using advanced Excel features and formulas.
• Contribute to the creation of data analysis case studies and operational scenarios.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, data validation, and automation tools.
• Proven experience developing Excel solutions for business operations, strategy, or consulting environments.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex, non-financial business problems using Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to document processes, create instructional materials, and provide clear, actionable feedback.
