Event Design Coordinator (Remote / Europe)

Tether is a global leader in digital finance, pioneering blockchain-based solutions and sustainable technology. We are looking for an Event Design Coordinator to join our remote team and manage the creative production process for our diverse range of global events.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related creative requests, scoping requirements and ensuring clear communication between teams.
• Manage concurrent event workstreams, briefing designers with precise specifications and tracking project status to meet deadlines.
• Perform rigorous quality assurance on all deliverables, checking for brand consistency, technical accuracy, and print-ready specifications.
• Maintain organized documentation and asset libraries to streamline future event planning and cross-team collaboration.
• Proactively identify risks related to vendor lead times, production windows, and logistics to implement effective contingency plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing, production, or creative operations.
• Deep understanding of print and digital production processes, including file formats, color modes, and technical design constraints.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
• Sharp attention to detail and a proactive, risk-aware mindset.
• Proficiency with project management tools and design review platforms like Figma.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
