European Ocean Gateway Manager ( Regional LCL Manager )

Expeditors International of Washington is seeking a European Ocean Gateway Manager to oversee regional LCL growth and performance. In this role, you will act as the primary decision-maker for commercial and network strategies, ensuring alignment with global standards and the company's long-term growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead LCL RFQ strategy, focusing on positioning and lane selection while coordinating multi-region bids.
• Maintain commercial consistency by enforcing global standards and ensuring the LCL product remains reliable and easy to sell.
• Manage network integrity through volume threshold monitoring and regular performance reviews.
• Coach and hold Regional and District Product Managers accountable for service reliability and routing compliance.
• Engage directly with key customers to align expectations and support business development efforts.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience with a strong background in product management and logistics.
• Minimum of three years in a Product role at the regional or global level.
• At least three years of management experience and five years of branch experience within Expeditors.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
