EU Verify Blockchain Full-Stack Software Engineer (m/f/n)

Currently, for one of our Partners, we are looking for an experienced EU Verify Blockchain Full-Stack Software Engineer (m/f/n) to support a blockchain-based project delivered for an EU public sector institution.

Requirements

• Software development experience, including design, development, testing, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications: at least 15 years.

• Full-stack software engineering experience covering both front-end and back-end development: at least 15 years.

• Blockchain-based applications and distributed ledger technologies, including smart contracts implementation and integration: at least 10 years.

• DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, containerisation, monitoring, and cloud-native deployments: at least 5 years.

• Designing secure, scalable, high-availability, and production-ready software solutions: at least 10 years.

• Agile software development environments and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams: at least 10 years.

• Front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, React Native, Next.js, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, Bootstrap, and Java: at least 15 years.

• Back-end technologies, including Node.js, NestJS, PHP, Symfony, Go, Python, and Solidity: at least 15 years.

• DevOps and cloud tools/services, including AWS, DigitalOcean, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Helm, and Prometheus: at least 5 years.

• Databases and related technologies, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, and GraphQL: at least 15 years.

• Testing activities and tools, including Jest, Mocha, TestCafe, Scrum, Agile, Git, and RabbitMQ: at least 10 years.

• Git workflows, including GitFlow and trunk-based development, as well as legacy systems using SVN: at least 15 years.

• Cloud services, including AWS and deployment/management of applications in cloud environments: at least 10 years.

• Infrastructure as Code tools, including Terraform: at least 5 years.

• Containerisation and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes: at least 10 years.

• Designing, building, and securing RESTful APIs and web services: at least 15 years.

• Authentication and authorisation protocols and standards, including IdentityMind and KYC: at least 10 years.

• Experience in front-end website architecture, user interaction design, back-end applications, APIs, business logic, and database interactions.

• Experience with secure development practices, including input validation, authentication/authorisation, secure storage, compliant logging, and monitoring.

• Experience with unit/integration testing, debugging, fixing, and validating code changes.

• Ability to write clean, functional code across front-end and back-end layers.

• Ability to write technical documentation.

• English: minimum B2 level, with strong written and oral communication skills.

• Education: EQF7 in IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Business, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Professional certification in blockchain development or distributed ledger technologies.

Offer

• Contract: B2B via SHIMI Poland.

• Type of work: mostly remote / far-site — services must be performed from within the EU.

• Occasional travel to Brussels may be required.

• For far-site delivery, the contracting authority may request on-site presence in Brussels with 7 days’ notice.

• Rate: 450–540 EUR/MD.
