EU Product Manager

Sporty Group is looking for an EU Product Manager to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will define and execute the digital roadmap for products used by millions of global users, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Align product development goals and initiatives with company OKRs.
• Direct customer research and analysis to identify user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
• Define and communicate the product roadmap, providing clear vision and strategy to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate opportunities into measurable requirements.
• Monitor product performance through key metrics and adjust strategies based on data and feedback.
• Develop go-to-market plans in collaboration with marketing teams to ensure effective product positioning.

Requirements

• Proven experience in making data-driven product decisions through user research and experimentation.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and product iteration processes.
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional planning in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
• Experience defining and tracking OKRs or similar goal-setting frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills in English.
