EU Bid Manager

The opportunity
Join international proposal teams and coordinate responses to large public sector and government tenders across multiple EY offices worldwide. As a Bid Manager, you will lead the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the full tender process from qualification to submission.

• Analyze tender documentation and prepare bid plans and proposal outlines.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, set deadlines, and monitor progress.

• Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal procedures.

• Collect and consolidate technical, financial, legal, and administrative documentation.

• Support preparation of project references, CVs, and other supporting evidence.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders, legal teams, consortium partners, and clients when needed.

• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and work independently.

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and experience in multicultural environments.

Requirements

• University degree (business, technology, law, public administration, political science, or related field).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project and/or bid management.

• At least 1 year of experience coordinating public tenders.

• Good understanding of public procurement processes, ideally in an EU-related environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

• Relevant certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, or SAFe.

Nice to have

• Additional European language(s).

• Experience with international government agencies, public sector organizations, or consulting firms.
