ERP Systems Administrator (NAV, BC, D365) – M/K

Experis is seeking an experienced ERP professional to join an international IT team dedicated to the support, maintenance, and continuous development of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to balance daily application support with active participation in a large-scale ERP transformation program, working closely with diverse business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics ERP environments to ensure high performance.
• Collaborate with business users and project stakeholders to deliver system enhancements and process improvements.
• Participate in ERP upgrades, deployments, testing, and change management activities.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues and maintain the stability of business-critical systems.
• Assist in the transition from legacy ERP solutions to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS.

Requirements

• Commercial experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, or Dynamics 365.
• Proven experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or business-critical enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes such as Finance, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
