ERP Finance Systems Specialist (NetSuite) (m/f/d)

Sport Alliance GmbH is a global technology leader powering the fitness and wellness industry. We are looking for an ERP Finance Systems Specialist to join our team and establish our first dedicated NetSuite capability, helping to streamline financial processes across 15 international subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize our Oracle NetSuite setup by identifying pain points, setting priorities, and implementing best-practice improvements.
• Develop and extend automations, including workflows, scripts, custom forms, and saved searches, while leveraging AI tools for configuration and documentation.
• Act as an in-house consultant for the Finance team, running process workshops and guiding accountants through system changes.
• Ensure the integrity of month-end and year-end closing processes, including managing reconciliations and supporting financial audits.
• Maintain and stabilize system interfaces with platforms like Salesforce, Payhawk, and Workday Adaptive to ensure seamless data flow.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in ERP consultancy, implementation, or finance-related roles with strong ERP exposure.
• Hands-on configuration experience with Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Solid understanding of month-end closing procedures and audit requirements, with knowledge of IFRS, HGB, or UoR.
• Business-fluent English (C1) and a technical mindset comfortable with using LLMs to build and query system configurations.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and IT departments.
