ERP Consultant, CG&S (ICH Europe)

Accenture Strategy & Consulting is seeking an experienced ERP Consultant to join our team and support large-scale, business-critical IT transformation programs for leading consumer goods clients. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, contributing to structured planning, governance, and high-quality execution across complex, multi-workstream environments.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of large-scale IT transformation programs for consumer goods clients.
• Contribute to structured planning, governance, testing, release management, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and external partners to ensure delivery transparency.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the program lifecycle from requirements to go-live.

Requirements

• 2–7 years of experience in IT project management, technology consulting, or enterprise transformation.
• Hands-on involvement in SAP implementations, specifically SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
• Understanding of SAP functional domains such as MM, SD, FI/CO, or PP.
• Experience supporting SIT and UAT cycles, including defect tracking and test coordination.
• Strong understanding of Agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
