Environment & Release Lead

emagine Polska is looking for an experienced Environment & Release Lead to oversee environment planning, infrastructure coordination, and release management for a large-scale programme. You will be responsible for guiding systems through to production, ensuring operational readiness, and defining the service management model for both live and non-production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end environment strategy across development, testing, UAT, and production environments.
• Maintain the environment inventory and integrated release calendar across complex platform landscapes.
• Coordinate environment setup and configuration with infrastructure, cloud, network, and security teams.
• Lead release readiness reviews, deployment sequencing, and post-release evaluations.
• Define and embed the ongoing service management model for live and non-production environments.

Requirements

• Strong track record in environment management within large, multi-workstream transformation programmes.
• Hands-on experience with complex landscapes involving Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and linked enterprise platforms.
• Solid experience in release planning, production readiness, cutover, and early life support.
• Deep understanding of supporting infrastructure, including identity, connectivity, middleware, and monitoring.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across business, technology, and external supplier teams.
