Entry PM

RITS Group is a dynamic IT company providing high-quality programming services for international markets. We are currently seeking an Entry Project Manager to join our team and contribute to our culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee project management processes, including planning, scheduling, resource management, and progress reporting.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing coordination.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Communicate effectively across multicultural and distributed teams while maintaining clear project documentation.

Requirements

• Up to 2 years of professional experience in project management.
• Proficiency in Excel, Jira, and Confluence tools.
• Ability to manage high volumes of tasks across multiple different customers simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and ready to take full ownership of assigned tasks.
