Enterprise Systems Consultant

Crosslake Technologies is seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Practitioner to lead diligence and value creation engagements for private equity investors and portfolio company leaders. You will play a critical role in assessing technology landscapes, identifying operational risks, and developing strategic roadmaps that drive business value in fast-paced, transaction-focused environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side technology diligence, assessing enterprise systems, infrastructure, and business processes.
• Evaluate ERP, CRM, PSA, and warehouse management environments to identify process gaps, data quality issues, and scalability constraints.
• Assess IT operating procedures, managed service provider arrangements, and infrastructure resilience.
• Translate complex technical findings into clear, evidence-based conclusions for senior stakeholders and investment committees.
• Develop post-close systems roadmaps and provide interim leadership or governance to support successful technology transformations.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in enterprise systems, IT operations, or technology leadership, including transaction advisory.
• Proven expertise in leading rapid technology assessments for private equity or corporate M&A clients.
• Deep knowledge of ERP, CRM, PSA, and traditional infrastructure, with direct accountability for major systems outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to estimate technology investments and identify root causes of operational challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and a self-directed, hands-on approach to remote client engagements.
