US Health Partners is seeking an Enterprise EHR Architect to lead the strategic governance, deployment, and optimization of our electronic health record platform. This role acts as a critical bridge between clinical operations, physicians, revenue cycle management, and IT to ensure our EHR supports high-quality patient care and scalable organizational growth.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the enterprise subject matter expert for NextGen EHR and develop long-term optimization roadmaps.
- Establish enterprise standards for clinical workflows, documentation practices, and provider efficiency tools.
- Lead the planning and execution of NextGen version upgrades and system deployments across the organization.
- Evaluate and redesign clinical workflows to reduce documentation burden and improve staff productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure EHR systems support revenue cycle performance and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical informatics, or EHR optimization.
- At least 3 years of direct, hands-on experience with NextGen EHR systems.
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-level EHR implementations, upgrades, or process improvement initiatives.
- Deep understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows and physician practice operations.
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management capabilities.
