Enterprise Client Partner, Enterprise AI

micro1 is seeking an Enterprise Client Partner to build and manage strategic relationships with enterprise customers deploying AI agents and systems into real business workflows. This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, and customer success, requiring you to translate complex AI use cases into high-impact, scalable engagements for sophisticated technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and close enterprise customers through targeted outbound and ecosystem-driven relationships.
• Own the full client lifecycle from initial technical discovery through long-term strategic partnership.
• Lead high-stakes discussions with engineering, product, data, and executive stakeholders.
• Partner with internal product and engineering teams to align customer needs with technical execution.
• Ensure the successful deployment and expansion of AI agents within customer workflows.

Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills combined with strong technical intuition.
• Proven experience managing enterprise relationships within AI, SaaS, or highly technical environments.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deal cycles.
• Comfort operating in environments with evolving product surfaces and ambiguous technical requirements.
• Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward action and long-term account growth.
