Enrollment Advisor (Contract)

Revero is a personalized digital clinic dedicated to treating chronic health conditions, such as autoimmune diseases, by integrating machine learning, personalized nutrition, and virtual care. As an Enrollment Advisor, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients, guiding them through the onboarding process and helping them understand how our program can support their health goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intake calls with prospective patients to explain the Revero program and generate excitement about starting their health journey.
• Monitor patient progress through the onboarding pipeline to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment experience.
• Manage logistics, including scheduling provider onboarding calls and ensuring accurate health information is submitted.
• Assist patients with scheduling lab tests and submitting necessary lab orders on their behalf.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to help patients successfully complete the enrollment process.
