English to Ukrainian Review Lead for UI, Marketing & Product Content

We are seeking an experienced English to Ukrainian Review Lead to serve as the primary linguistic quality expert for a major global technology client. In this role, you will ensure consistent standards across user interfaces, marketing, product, legal, and support content, while driving continuous improvement within the localization community.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain shared quality expectations for Ukrainian content across various material types.
• Organize alignment roundtables and publish monthly quality reports covering performance and style guide updates.
• Provide individualized coaching and feedback to reviewers to ensure high linguistic standards.
• Act as the primary linguistic point of contact for the client, managing escalations and arbitration processes.
• Monitor quality performance metrics, including RQE audit results and error severity trends.

Requirements

• Three to five or more years of experience in Localization Quality Assurance, senior language leadership, or quality governance.
• Strong practical knowledge of localization evaluation frameworks, error rubrics, and quality audit methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage client expectations, resolve linguistic disagreements, and facilitate professional discussions.
• Native-level Ukrainian and professional-level English with excellent written communication skills.
• Experience in identifying error patterns and turning data into actionable linguistic improvements.
