English Speaking Generalist

micro1 is seeking English Speaking Generalists to join a unique AI training and evaluation project. In this role, you will leverage your domain expertise to help train next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world input that shapes how models learn and reason.

Key responsibilities

• Create diverse prompts across a wide range of topics to challenge large language models.
• Submit identical prompts to different AI models while recording your screen and microphone.
• Verbally articulate comparisons and evaluate outputs in real time, highlighting strengths and weaknesses.
• Provide detailed, structured verbal feedback in clear American English to explain your reasoning.
• Interpret project documentation to ensure consistent evaluation standards and accurate delivery.

Requirements

• High-level fluency in spoken and written American English with clear pronunciation.
• Experience using large language models such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Exceptional critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and attention to detail.
• Ability to record screen and audio in a distraction-free environment.
• Strong technical setup with a reliable computer and stable internet connection.
