English Language Expert (Generalist)

Micro1 is seeking an English Language Expert to join our team in a part-time, fully remote capacity. In this role, you will leverage your linguistic expertise to train next-generation AI systems, ensuring that models learn from high-quality, real-world input to improve their reasoning and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, proofread, and edit high-quality written materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and grammatical excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide linguistic insights and adapt content for varied audiences.
• Conduct language quality assessments and offer constructive feedback to enhance team communication standards.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of language guidelines and documentation to support consistent usage.
• Support the team in resolving complex linguistic queries and challenges across projects.

Requirements

• Exceptional command of the English language, with proven expertise in both written and verbal communication.
• Strong background in linguistics or a related field, with the ability to analyze language structure and usage.
• Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
• Demonstrated experience editing, proofreading, or producing a broad range of content types.
