Engineering Manager with Java (m/f/n)

InPost is a leading European e-commerce enablement platform that has revolutionized parcel delivery through its extensive network of automated machines and technology-driven solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong Java background to lead, mentor, and grow our engineering teams while driving large-scale, greenfield initiatives from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, supporting their performance and career development.
• Drive greenfield initiatives and large-scale projects from concept to production while navigating ambiguity.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery through effective planning, execution, and technical leadership.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to align priorities and project outcomes.
• Continuously improve and standardize development processes across the organization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software development with a strong technical background in Java.
• 2+ years of experience in people leadership and 2+ years in project or delivery management.
• Experience working within a containerized cloud-native environment such as GCP or AWS.
• Product mindset with end-to-end ownership and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and solve complex problems.
• Very good command of English (B2+) in both speech and writing.
