Engineering Manager

N-iX is a global software development company that helps businesses create next-generation software products. As an Engineering Manager within the CTO Group, you will lead large-scale digital transformation and modernization programs, acting as a strategic partner to global enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to client technology executives, including CIOs and CTOs.
• Translate complex business goals into actionable technology strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Lead engineering delivery across multiple accounts, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
• Establish and enforce best practices in solution architecture, software engineering, and cloud adoption.
• Mentor senior engineering leaders and cultivate a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

Requirements

• Over 9 years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise modernization and digital transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms, modern architectures like microservices, and DevOps practices.
• Strong consulting and client-facing skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
• Experience in building and scaling high-performing, distributed engineering teams.
