Engineering Manager

Creatio is an AI CRM and workflow platform where people and AI agents work together to help organizations run customer workflows in the AI era. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead multiple engineering teams within a product domain, driving execution, engineering excellence, and people development at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams, ensuring predictable delivery, strong execution, and high engineering standards.
• Partner with Product Leaders and Architects to align technical decisions and delivery plans with business goals.
• Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, quality, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Support teams in designing scalable, maintainable solutions while balancing delivery speed and technical debt.
• Mentor and develop engineers, supporting career growth, performance management, and leadership development.

Requirements

• Experience managing software engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong software engineering background in .NET, with hands-on experience in scalable distributed systems and cloud architectures.
• Proven ability to drive delivery, engineering quality, and organizational effectiveness.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices, Agile delivery, and system design.
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
