Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an engineering team, setting high standards for code quality and system architecture.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Legal teams to translate complex compliance requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Drive the execution of large-scale initiatives, ensuring clarity and focus amidst evolving project requirements.
• Actively participate in hiring, performance management, and the professional development of your team members.
• Contribute to organizational growth by helping define our operational processes and engineering culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading or managing engineering teams focused on customer-facing products.
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and translate complex problems into actionable, well-scoped technical plans.
• Demonstrated success in shipping high-impact initiatives and making thoughtful architectural tradeoffs.
