Engineering Manager

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join our leadership team and help shape the future of our platform by empowering engineers and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive engineering-wide initiatives that enhance team performance and organizational growth.
• Support and mentor engineers, creating an environment where proactive ideas are encouraged and implemented.
• Manage track-level ceremonies and cross-team synchronization while maintaining team autonomy.
• Partner with Product Managers to deliver reliable, intuitive, and high-quality user experiences.
• Build a culture of ownership and trust while setting clear standards for individual performance.
• Hire, onboard, and develop engineering talent across various experience levels.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams within a product-focused company.
• Proven track record of scaling zero-to-one product and engineering initiatives.
• Familiarity with structured career development frameworks and onboarding processes.
• Strong ability to identify problems, drive initiatives independently, and make data-driven decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in English and fluency in Russian.
