Engineering Manager

JustMarkets is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and scale our engineering teams dedicated to building a high-performance trading platform. You will play a pivotal role in driving delivery excellence, technical direction, and people leadership within a fast-paced, latency-sensitive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional engineering teams, including backend, frontend, and infrastructure specialists.
• Own the delivery, quality, and technical outcomes for your teams while driving strategic engineering initiatives.
• Partner with Product and Senior Engineering leadership to translate complex business requirements into effective technical execution.
• Evolve engineering processes, including CI/CD, code reviews, testing, and release management.
• Hire, mentor, and grow engineering talent through regular 1:1s and performance reviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least 3 years in an Engineering Manager role.
• Strong background in financial systems, trading platforms, or other high-reliability domains.
• Deep understanding of backend systems and experience operating infrastructure on cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and observability tools.
